How to Reduce Stress in 5 Minutes
Feeling overwhelmed? Try these 5 quick steps to calm your mind and body:
1. Breathe Deep (1 min)
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat. ๐ฟCalms the nervous system.
2. Drop Your Shoulders (30s)
Relax your muscles. Unclunch your jaw. Lets tension go.
3. Move Quick (1 min)
Stretch your arms up, touch your toes, or walk briskly. Gets blood flowing.
4. Focus on Now (1 min)
Look around you for a minute, notice atleast 3 things around you. Brings you to the present.
5. Laugh It Off (1 min)
Think of something funny or a happy memory. It shifts vibe.
